  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and interact at all levels. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, including developers, product owners, and subject matter experts.

  • Manage scope throughout the project duration; manage project tasks with team members, correlate work to a work breakdown structure, and ensuring team members track time appropriately to projects.
