At Datanetiix, we have a dedicated focus on the health and safety of our people. As we all continue to experience unusual circumstances that are impacting every aspect of our daily lives, we are committed to supporting our employees and their families, our clients and our communities.

We are working together to ensure our response policies and protocols are followed; and helping control the spread of the virus and keep our employees and their families safe and financially whole at the same time.

Till date, unfortunately, 5% of our employees & their families having tested positive for COVID-19. And, to protect them, we have developed comprehensive, COVID-19 emergency response policies and procedures, and we have given them new choices to make the best work decisions for them and their families.

The measures we have taken to support our employees

The below adjustments to policies have been made to help relieve the stress and concerns of our employees regardless of their position or geographic location. Our efforts include but are not limited to:

  • We have implemented frequent, enhanced, extensive cleaning methods and social distancing practices at our offices and are encouraging employees to check their temperature before coming to work, whenever it’s required.
  • We have requested our employees to work remotely in a safe environment. And we wish the same with our clients and partners, due to the current situation.
  • We have moved from our in-person Client meetings to virtual meetings. Like the rest of the world, we are spending a lot of time on tech tools to collaborate, video conferencing and on conference calls to reduce contact and keep away from travel.
  • We have provided frequent updates regarding our policies and procedures and reminded our employees of health and safety guidelines to follow in their personal lives to maintain their health and safety.
  • Also we have streamline volunteering for social initiatives.
